In recent years the number of publications has been growing (e.g. Rubik B. et al., “Biofield Science and Healing: History, Terminology, and Concepts”, Global Advances in Health and Medicine, 2015), but existing studies are not yet sufficient for definitive clinical conclusions.
Description
The Karnak pendulum is associated with ancient Egyptian symbolism and the radiesthesia tradition. Its cylindrical, segmented shape is characteristic of Karnak-type pendulums. The hollow cavity inside can, in radiesthesia practice, be used to hold a sample of a chosen object, person, or location, or another symbolic sample. Such a sample is called a "vector" in radiesthesia methodology and is used as a reference object for a specific radiesthesia inquiry.
This pendulum uses the Biomind Initiation program, following the Biomind radionics methodology. It is part of the radionics / energy-information model.
In the radiesthesia tradition, the Karnak pendulum is associated with the so-called "Negative Green" radiesthesia colour, and in some radiesthesia methodologies, also with the concept of the "white" radiesthesia colour. These terms describe energy categories used in the radiesthesia model and are not presented as objectively measured physical radiation or frequency characteristics.
In radiesthesia practice, the Karnak pendulum can be used for work with maps, samples, objects, locations, energetic and symbolic themes, and other radiesthesia inquiries. The results obtained during these practices are interpretations of the radiesthesia method and are not results of objective laboratory analysis or medical diagnostics.
According to some radiesthesia practice methodologies, pendulums assigned to the "Negative Green" category are disassembled after use or subjected to other energy-cleansing methods used in this practice.
